This service is offered for a wide range of strategic planning needs, as well as in the specific context of work for gender equality.

Coaching, mentoring, accompanying, fire-fighting and trouble-shooting are important forms of on-going capacity building, while providing practical solutions. They are particularly valuable as follow-up to a workshop, to support an emerging gender mainstreaming process within an organization, and where an individual is working for gender equality without a support network. 

This service is an integral aspect of our workshops, and is also provided independently, on an agreed schedule or as needed on a retainer basis.
